Jenna Arntson joined Horizons Law Group in 2009.
Jenna obtained her undergraduate degree from UW-Milwaukee
and later her law degree from Hamline University School
of Law. She is licensed in both Wisconsin and Minnesota
and started her career practicing in Minnesota. Jenna's
practice areas are bankruptcy, family law, and estate
planning. She is a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association,
Minnesota Bar Association, Association of Women’s Lawyers,
and the Milwaukee Bar Association. Jenna works in the
Wauwatosa and Hartford offices.

Michelle Fitzgerald is an attorney and founder
of Horizons Law Group, LLC (formerly Legal Horizons, LLC).
She practices family law, including mediation and collaborative
law, real estate, estate planning and new business start-ups.
Michelle is on the board of the Better Business Bureau
of Wisconsin as well as an officer (Vice President) and
a former member of the board of the Wauwatosa Business
Improvement District (Tosa Village) and school governance
council at her children's school. She is also an active
member of the West Suburban (Wauwatosa) Chamber of Commerce,
Junior Achievement, Milwaukee Bar, and AWL. Michelle was
a past high school teacher for MPS and past president
of the school management council. Michelle was quoted
extensively in the April 2006 edition of Today's Wisconsin
Women Magazine on issues adult children face in caring
for their aging parents as well as a past article in the
Wisconsin Law Journal on unbundled (al-a-carte) legal
services. Michelle works in the Wauwatosa office but also
meets clients in the Hartford and Kenosha offices.

Courtney Moisio joined Horizons Law Group, LLC in November 2005.
Courtney formerly practiced in Cook County, Illinois.
Courtney's practice areas are collection law, family law
including adoption, guardianship, criminal, real estate
law and municipal work. Courtney received her J.D. from
Valparaiso University School of Law. Courtney is a member
of the American Bar Association, the Wisconsin State Bar
Association, the Milwaukee Bar Association and is a member
of the Wisconsin Justinian Society of Lawyers. Courtney
is currently working three days per week in our Wauwatosa
office.

Lilah Zajac joined Horizons Law Group, in August
of 2002. She graduated from University of Louisville's
Brandeis School of Law where she was a member of the Law
Journal. LIlah is a life-long resident of Milwaukee and
returned here to practice. She previously had a long career
in the stained glass field in Milwaukee, including teaching
that subject at Milwaukee Area Technical College. Her
practice areas are family law, bankruptcy, real estate,
as well as simple estate planning. She is a member of
the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Milwaukee Bar Association,
and the American Bar Association. She currently volunteers
her time at the Milwaukee County Courthouse Self-Help
Clinic, the Marquette University Law Clinic at the House
of Peace as well as taking cases through Legal Action's
Volunteer Lawyer Project. She works out of our Kenosha
and Wauwatosa offices.

Legal Clerks
Gina Colletti in our Wauwatosa (Main) Office and Cheryl
Fritche in our Hartford Office, (Kenosha by appointment).
They assist customers with such things as finding the right
legal form, brochure or book on a topic or helping you find
a case or reference material that pertains to your legal issue.
Our clerks also assists with completing necessary forms for
divorce filings. Our legal clerks are not licensed attorneys
and cannot give legal advice or answer questions that require
an analysis of facts for your situation. You may use a combination
of clerk services and attorney services to best meet your needs
and ensure that all legal questions are answered.
